I have been looking over some of the enhancements to our website that are easily possible and have added a few:
1. Only allow hot-linking to our pics from ETRC or Reef Central. If you need any other sites to be added, send me a PM or email to runner@easttnreefclub.com.
2. Added a hit counter to the front page.
3. Attempted to lock-down directory browsing. Only limitted succes. I will try and complete it.
I can also password protect a folder and place club-business only files there if you like. That one the board needs to direct me to do if they need it.
I have one question: do we want to lock down the directory where I store the directions to meetings at peoples' houses so it is password protected? We can PM the local membership and visitors the passwords. There is something to be said for the entire internet not having access to personal data. This could go for the membership page, too, if you feel that the data there is a little too public.
