ETRC website question

We are trying to get donations for the up coming Chattanooga/Knoxville frag swap and one of the "selling" points to the vendors has been putting a banner for their respective company up on both club websites. I was just on the ETRC site and did not see anything about the swap or the "sponsors". I just wanted to make sure the banners will be put up on the ETRC site before we continue to promise it to perspective vendors. If you need a list of what vendors have donated and the banners they are on club-zoa in the CRC forum where all the frag swap discussion is. We hope to see all of you there!

Patrick~ There hasn't been anyone opposed to putting the banners on our website... I'm sure that this will happen, but it will take a little longer than the CRC website... I can't believe how fast Brandon is getting them up there... And believe me, it has helped me out a bunch... I think I've gotten 2 or 3 donations just because he has been so efficient... But the banners will make it up there in due time...

I am trying to add something. I need to get a list of images/links from Randy, but here is something I put together that cycles through the banners. Let me know what you think. I need to get the initial randomizer to work, but other than that I like what we have.

Randy has been posting all the banners on the frag swap thread on club-zoa for donations he has gotten. The rest of us will be posting other banners there as well as donations are promised. Everything is being listed on the swap thread at club-zoa to keep it all in one location. HTH. Thanks for updating your website.

Dang, Randy. That thing won't go in a banner slot. We need to have some kind of physical dimension limitation -- like they have at Reef Central.

I'll add it to the links page and try to come up with something for a banner.

I don't have a list of official sponsors, yet, but I'll try and locate them over at club zoa. I stole the ones on the sample page from the Chattanooga website. Do we have other actual sponsors for whom we need to toss up a banner? Like The Coral Reef?

I can not seem to find the list. Please post the link so I don't have to search for it from dial-up hell...

The website has been updated. Can somebody please go over there and check it out for errors.

I only showed 3 official sponsors thus far: Premium Aquatics, Reefer Madness, and Aquatic Reef. I need to add Sunlight Supply. Am I missing somebody? And should I include Coral Reef?

And Scott, could you please sign up at CZ??? It would make it easier than posting everything in two places... Also, RC won't let you post advertisements for places that aren't their sponsors... Ask Rev to add you to the Private Forum list so you can see what is going on...

Randy, where on CZ is the private forum? I'm signed up and have been to " ETRC Members Only (private) " and there is only two posts. Where the heck is the discussion?

Just a suggestion from some one that does a lot of club sponsorship....Have the sponsorss host their own banner on their own site and you link from it. That way they can change their own banner on the fly with out having to hassle the BOD of webmaster
