I have a this worm that came in a rock covered with hairy mushrooms and it looks identicle to the eunicid worm on Chuck's id page. How the heck do I get this thing out safely. I've never seen it comes all the way out of the rock, only five or six inches but it does that jaw extension thing that's really freaky. What's the best approach to get this thing out or should I just let it be?
