Short question. What can be causing this on my euphyllia's mouth?

Dosing nopox. My nitrates are around 10ppm now, but were 25-50 two weeks ago.
I've kept this torch for 18 months with no problem. Its polyps never have been fluffy and has grown veeery slowly but never had any health problem.

Any idea?

Mine have done it before with no explanation..... sometimes when they're spitting up food/poop they'll do this too. As long as water params are good, I think it will be alright since you've still got polyp extension.

Some heads are receading as you can see at the right side. Sadly is not looking good and I'd like to save remaining heads.

Move it to a low flow area for now and monitor. Keep water pristine and don't mess with it. If it's gonna survive it's gotta be left alone. I've had heads recede some and a 2 weeks later come back. I think low flow is key to let it "rest".

nothing wrong with it, let it be. My hammer has had a puffy mouth for the last year and no problems at all! still a healthy specimen

Those 3 heads on the right do not look healthy, especially the lower 2.
Your numbers look ok, maybe get the mag up over 1300, but 1260 is not that bad.
You try feeding it?
Torch can be finicky.

That's a hammer coral and I agree raise your mag a little higher, I have mine up to 1800 right now to clear away byropsis and my hammer is happy

I've started to feed it again some pappone. I'll post updates when there's a noticeable change.
