Euphyllia under Ecotech Radion

Hey,

How many of you guys are running Radions (of any generation) over LPS heavy reefs, primarily Euphyllia? What percentages and degree Kelvin are you running them at? I've had a cheaper evergrow 3 watt LED fixture over my Euphyllia reef at roughly 75% white and 75% blue, but I found a deal on a second generation radion that I couldn't pass up.

I have it set at 50% maximum and on an acclimation period for 4 weeks starting at 40% of the total 50% max. Thinking 20K for the color spectrum, any thoughts on this with primarily LPS throughout the reef? Thanks,

Derek

I've ran gen 1 and radion pros both over reefs that are LPS heavy. Gen 1's do tend to make the fancier acans and similar lps look more bland and roange out over time. The Pros do not. I run the preset 18 and 20k settings on both models. I LOVE the pros. Right now im running the pros at 45% 8 inches off a 6ft 125g tank. Euphyilia all look great though. I've had orange and yellow and baby blue hammers, gold torches, orange frongspawn....

Thanks for the experience from your reef. I've got mine at 14K right now, but am going to do a bit of experimenting this afternoon to see which look I prefer and hopefully decent growth to match.
