Don't know the model. It's 6" diameter by 24" high. Was on a 70 gallon will most likely do 125 gallons. Has Sedra KSP-5000 pump. The pump didn't come with it so I used silicon glue to attach, It's loose now so needs new glue or plumbing parts to re attach.
