oops. thanks for the insight Mike. guess i missed your intention.
I must say that I have been mentally traumatized. First by the slanderous remarks and then by the slanderous remarks regarding the slanderous remarks. And in another post it appeared again as to blow the whistle on what was happening over here.(heh heh) Rest assured all parties involved will be hearing from my attorneys. I will no longer tolerate non-reef related messages in one of my favorite online forums. In fact I should sue myself for posting this message but I couldn’t help but to point out how ridiculous this type of behavior is.
Oh yeah I love Eheims too. I could possibly be persuaded to cease with litigation if any of these companies were to say compensate me for my pain and suffering. I would settle for anything in the neighborhood of 8-10’’ in diameter 28-32’’ tall with a modified 1260.

Shhhhhhh some people seem to be very, very sensitive about their brittle pinwheels.... Though the previous page get's added to my "humorous thread" favorites folder just because a casual and humorous comment got one guy to go off like ER slept with his wife, and another sponsor to send pm's demanding less humor! Priceless. You can't buy that sortof entertainment.
The Deltec guys seem a bit less rigid and a bit more fun. Must be the cheeky british part.

I have to admit, that is a hilarious picture!
I do have one concern though, are the actors in that photo legal? They look like the same guys jumping the fence in that video of the George W. Bush interview regarding border security and immigration...

now that's just completely uncalled for
i am 100% Grade-A US Prime bjdrake, have your lawyer call me immediately as i'm going to need his help as for the actors...they originally played in Blazing Saddles, but i hear they're moonlighting as Boarder Patrol. plus they've got those cool Deltec skimmers they're using to keep the country clean of unwanted pollutants. what an added bonus!

I imagine the ER eheims will perform very similarly to the those on the H&S and Deltec skimmers, or do you still need to do a bit of testing to know if it will be on par.

Just purchased a ER 250RC. This new Balve valve they have on it really is a pain in the *ss. I purchased the Gate valve mod and want to put it on, but noticed that the new piping is 1.25, not 1.5in like the older models. I have a reducing bushing that I can use, just wanted opinions before I dismantle. Any ideas?
I just got a ES5-3 for my 55g. Well, it accually came with the set-up I bought...but im anxious to get it fired up. My sump is being rebuilt at the present time, but im thinking about just putting it into a bucket for the time being to get some skimming action going.
Cant wait to fire it up though!
