Euroreef question.

I just bought a Cs6-2 with a Sedra5000 and it is filling the cup in minutes with foam and clear water. Is this going to settle down or is there any adjusting that I can do?

is it brand new i have heard of alot of skimmers need a breakin period . also do you have the riser tube all the way up and have you thought about a ball or gate valve mod to it i did mine to my 8-3 for a couple bucks with a ball valve . super easy to do now i have a spare riser layin around.

What is the water level in your sump?
Is your riser tube all the way down?
Have introduced any additives to your tank recently? (red slime remover in particular will cause skimmers to go nuts for days)
