EVC Ballast with Radium Bulb??

Hi all,
Ran a few searches but couldn't come across any definitive answers. I have two 250w EVC SE ballasts that I currently run XM 20K's. I'm not sure if they're electronic or magnetic ballasts. Can't find any writing on them.

Anyone expirenced with these? they seem like older ballasts. If so can you run a SE 20K Radium Bulb with good results? I've read with the wrong ballast you lower output significantly and life of the bulb.
