No bristles, I'd quarentine the rock till u get an ID.

Most likely a Sipunculid Worm/Peanut Worm. Harmless detrius eater.

yep i have a couple of those to...they are peanut worms and eat holes through rocks and detrius so they are good for the tank ....very cool worm to watch as its mouth rolls open and closed ...
