Ever ship with UPS Store or FedEx Office?

I am trading off my Ca reactor for some high end acros. Problm is, this reactor is pretty damn big. Having a hard time finding a box that fits it well. Thought of taking it to the UPS Store or FedEx store, but have been reading that they are super expensive. Anyone use their packing service before? Or would I be better going there and buying a 20x20x30 or so box and a metric crap-ton of styro peanuts? Never sent something this fragile this far before.

I ship with UPS Store a lot, great packaging and insurance. Expensive but worth it IMO. Split the shipping with the buyer or have them pay for it. Peace of mind!

Use great stuff insulating foam (or any brand for that matter). Put the reactor in a bag, place in box, spray in foam to fill bottom half. Once cured, place another bag over the top, then fill in the rest of the box with great stuff. This will immobilize the reactor and protect it on the outside. The second bag will allow the buyer to remove the top half more easily.
