Everyone looking to kill a mantis shrimp from a reef tank look inside

It is not neccesary to kill it. Simply dip it in freshwater for 2 minutes or run carbonated water down the holes and it will come out.

Then keep it in a tupperware bowl with an airstone post a pic here and one of us here will more then likely offer to take it off of your hands. That way those of us who are actually looking for mantis can get them and those of you who consider them a problem can make a couple of dollars.

sorry to see your in myrtle beach h2o =| i used to have to basically live down there for my last company NCR. always stayed at the holiday inn express i think it was by the hard rock and ripleys over there by that giant tourist trap.

infact sean i used to do the reef tanks for pets+ when they were in fayetteville and know the owner and the manager pretty well. to bad their tanks are crap now =/
