To BrianD,

The whole point of the forum is to learn more about this hobby. I have always known how to feed my fish.. I am just seeing if there is anything special I could do.

If you are going to tell me I am doing nothing right than please do not comment on my threads. There are plenty of other people out there that share my opinion.

I am trying to be as nice as I can be and learn more about this hobby.

I would have been just fine not asking these questions but I decided to to better my understanding.

You have closed two of my threads which had absolutely nothing wrong with them. Everyone was enjoying talking about the Sohal tang and you just decide to close it?

I would like some replies to this thread, other than BrianD, expressing opinions about closing my harmless threads..

Thank you for your time everyone. I have enjoyed this forum up to this point.

I agree that closing the previous threads was lame. I saw no reason to close them.

That being said, I also agree with the unstated sentiment that you really should have done your homework before putting that fish combination in that tank.

Let me make this clear. If you wish to practice horrendous husbandry, I am going to comment on it. You already killed two tangs by keeping them in a 15 gallon tank, and now you compound those mistakes by keeping a ridiculous amount of fish in a 50 gallon tank. I am really uninterested about whether you enjoy this forum. I will continue to close threads if you ask about more fish, because you need to return some of the ones you already have. We are not going to compound your errors.

I used to have a blue jaw. In the tank was only a picasso trigger and a blue jaw. My blue jaw did the same thing you have described and unfortunately.... yes he was dead.

Hope this is not the same situation for you. Crabs are not a good sign.

When I first started this hobby with a mere 15 gallon I had three fish in it... A 1" yellow tang, a 1" powder brown, and a true percula clown.. unfortunately both tangs died of Ick while on a business trip but they got along fine.. were in there for 5 - 6 months with not one dispute.. that might be the way to go.

I would also post your current fish, but I see that you removed them. If you are so comfortable with your choices, why would you do that?

Let me see if I remember. At least a couple of large angels, at least two triggerfish, a unicorn tang, a yellow tang, and maybe one or two other tangs. The reason your threads were closed was because (as I said above) I don't want anyone to think what you are doing is anything other than abhorent husbandry, and there is no way you are going to solicit advice on how to add more fish to that tank under my watch.

Uhh Brian. I saved the stocking list for the 50 gallon tank,

Picasso Trigger, Clown Trigger, Niger Trigger, Blue Face Angel, Blue Angel, Unicorn Tang, Yellow Tang

BTW that's a tang short of a previous post .............
