everything dead ,100% Guarantee not truthfull

wow is all i can say
first off everyone was real helpful and nice that i talked to on the phone.
i ordered 4 fish from you guys. 2 fish where dead on arrival, other 2 fish died within 2 days.
you guys didn't have the females in for over two weeks. so after waiting for for 2 1/2 weeks
i got a credit on my card.
the sale was 110. the credit says 75
after looking over the website and seeing this

no place does it say minus shipping on your website
it says 100% risk free
i guess ill will chalk this up to a lesson learned and stay with my usual vender

For what it's worth. I've ordered a lot of fish and corals from this vendor with no problem. At least the rectified the situation in a manner not many online vendors do. Refund of shipping is first class in my book

well Suzy called me and i got a credit for shipping.:D
i would not have a problem with not getting the shipping back if i had known that was the policy. but nothing was said or posted on the website.
again everyone i talked to during the process was very nice.
even the person that told me i would not get the shipping back becouse it was a service not product
Suzy explain what the problem was and what happened and fixed it
cant ask for anymore then that !!:)
 
Wow, they returned the shipping? Thats not very common for a company to do. Thats great!
