everything is shut down

i have checked everything and it is all fine level wise but all my zoas and sand polyps shut and havent come out is 2 days my levels are fine but i just dont know what could be wrong did a water change yesterday didnt help.....HELP

What are the fine levels and what do they measure with what kits. We need a lot more info to even begin to try to help. Any major changes in or around the tank in the last few days? How are all the other inhabitants of the tank? etc....

my fish and shrinp are all fine i have one hard coral and it still looks fine but the polyps have all closed dont really know the exact levels but they are all what the NORMAL says on the kits

And how old My 3 year old salifert was giving 0 on something and was almost gone so I tested it against my new kit and it was like 20 on nitrates or trites... Always get them mixed up. I had a old red sea kit someone gave me that was expired also and the readings were all over the chart FWIW. I just checked with them to see how off they were against in date Salifert kits.

Also zoas can be finiky sometimes. Mine close up for days at a time only to open back up again. Mind you not ALL of them but colonies at a time can. Check your heater also to make sure its not overheating the tank. But if your hard coral is not extending its polys either then something is definetly going on parameter wise.

Yeah, we need much more info. If the test kits give values we need them to make a guess. If they just say "Normal" then you need another test kit.
