EvilMels or Purple Puddles?

Looks like somebody is selling some EvilMels Greenskirt zoas that were grown in lower-light and high-flow and calling them "Purple Puddles". When it comes to zoas, though, what is in a name? [question is rhetorical, btw]

I swear I wish I had a frag of my old zoanthids...one that I knew was derived from my old colony would be really great. I'd like to start growing the crud out of them again. I have these dreams of leaving my tank alone for a few months and having them cover every square inch of live rock. hah hah. Maybe that's a nightmare.

I wish I had a piece of the original as well. The 5 or 6 polyps I got from you grew to 100's. Here is a small portion of them:

sadly mine melted away into oblivion for some odd reason. Those things grew like weeds then POOF all gone in a few days

Nope, when I saw them taking over Mel's old tank I didn't want to run the same risk, although a carpet of zoas is kinda cool. You used to see them everywhere; I'm surprised they're not around.

I had some I got from Randy until I moved recently. They got lost in the shuffle unfortunately.

I did get a cool glow in the dark zombie Tshirt at walmart for $2.50 the day after Halloween though!

Russell...there's a thread on here somewhere (started several years ago) in which a guy will put Santa hats on your avatars for you. The one of Chris's is hysterical...he and the shark both have hats. It rules.

Dana or Janie...are they derived from the original colony? If so, I would LOVE a frag of them...big as you'll sell me.

Capitalization for emphasis. Everyone wanted those bam-bams back in the old daze. I still have a couple of rogue polyps LOL.

The yellows have been replaced by some intense yellow LA lakers and the oranges by my bright red Solomon Island zoas.
