eX card

I have having problems getting the box to configure the card. I do the upgrade in the software on my computer, click Ok, unplug the box and still nothing. Any suggestions? I also posted on the German board, but would like to get this finished tonight.

did you power cycle the controler?

I just did one a few hrs ago, all I had to do was connect to the controler with ProfiluxControl, go in the menu Extras, Hardware-Upgrade Extended, folow the instruction and powercycle

Yes I have gone that about 10 times now. It looks like that it disconnects when I hit the button to upgrade.

how are you connecting? what version of software and firmware are you using?

Your controller was set back to EX prior to shipping so you have likely over written what was done and blocked the card from being re written to, please follow up in email as before.

I am still not able to update my controller to see me eX card. The box says serial 0, serial 1. I have checked for bent pins, have reinstalled the software on my computer reinstalled the firmware, nothing. When I press yes, the yes, no, cancel question, the connection to the box disconnects. This occurs even in the Demo mode. Does anyone have any suggestions, besides replacing my P3 board and going back to my P2 board, where I know it works?

My other problem is that my AI & P3 are not working, (yes I check the box for old style) No problem when using the P2.
