Exceeded Expectations! (part 1 of 2)

I got the first part of my 65g "package" from Tamp Bay Saltwater last Wednesday and couldn't be happier. From the start, I received out of this world customer service and felt like a VIP. The rock is beautiful and I find new life daily. The cycle is coming to an end after about five days (never went past .6 ppm.

I live in Gainesvile FL so i was able to make the two hour drive south to personally pickup my rock/sand. Unfortunately Richard was at the Marina when i was available for pickup but that didn't stop them from accommodating me. He left my boxes on a cart on his front porch. I loaded up my car, got back to gville and put the tank together.

The tank cleared up in about three hours and I have experienced zero problems. The afternoon I picked up my package, Richard contacted me just to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if I had any questions...that meant the world to me, especially since I am a noob!

I have read on this board countless times about the price of live rock vs dry and I completely understand both sides...but due to the customer service and amazing product i received, this has been the best purchase YET!

I can't wait to pick up my last part HOPEFULLY this week and see what Richard has in stored for me

Awesome Cashda. Good to see you had such a great experience. I'm glad you didn't have the ammonia problems I had. It took longer for mine to cycle. I probably pushed the limits of the bioload in my system.

Can't wait to see what you think of Part Two. I need to do my writeup and post pics from mine. soon. soon. the stuff I got is glorius!!!
