I sent in my osmolator to Tunze to get a little bit of service done and Roger exceeded my expectations as far as customer service goes. He called me to tell me exactly what was wrong. He instructed me on what to do and what exactly the problem was and what caused it. He gave me my options and instead of what most businesses would do (sell you everything they can), Roger instructed me on what would be best for me and my current situation. He even replaced one part of it for free for me. I will be a Tunze guy for life. Thanks again Roger for going above and beyond the call of duty :celeb1::beer:
