I have been following that thread since I found it. it's mostly a good read.
When bomber re ignited the barebottom tank movement with his starboard reef. I remember reading that people used the starboard to protect the bottom from "accidents"
Naka's tank is built differently, does the PVC bond with the glass as well as glass would?
Hopefully I will be building my tank this Saturday, I'll be sure to post pics of the construction. We opened an inspected the glass this past weekend and it's really nice.
