Experience mixing flame and longnose hawk?

They are definitely quite territorial; they won't mix well in anything but the largest of aquariums.
Those two species are at least on the lower end of the hawkfish aggression scale...I have seen it done successfully (at least for a little while), but it's not something I would recommend.
Hawkfish are definitely one of the fish families that get much more aggressive as they age/grow. The two may seem to tolerate each other as 2.5" juveniles, but that most likely will not be the case as adults.

In my 200 g tank both flame and long nose hawk ignore each other they are tighter for over 2 years now
