Experience or opinions on clowns hosting in HRAs? (Haitian Reef Anemones) How about a colony of them?
Ok, I'm getting lots of opinions. How about experience?<a href=showthread.php?s=&postid=15034350#post15034350 target=_blank>Originally posted</a> by cherubfish pair

What's a non-indigenous anemone?<a href=showthread.php?s=&postid=15075609#post15075609 target=_blank>Originally posted</a> by dalilgriffith
Florida / Haiti Anemones as they are referred to WILL eat clowns. Any non-indigenous anemone will kill a clown. Some hosting anemones will even kill some clowns. Have you ever felt a condy? They are sticky as hell. I was able to get one to host fine for a few years. However, it attempted to eat my clowns numerous times Ultimately, if the clowns are of any worth, I would highly suggest against attempting this situation. Perculas are surely going to be eaten. A larger clown pair should be considered. Best of luck.
