Hi everyone,
I'm interested in buying a Naoko's wrasse at my LFS, and was doing a bit of research online before spending that much money, when a few people mentioned that it can get very aggressive as it gets older. I'm wondering if those of you who own them can give me a bit of insight on how your Naoko's wrasse has been behaving, and if adding one early (I still intend on adding 3-4 more fish after the Naoko) is a bad idea.
My current tank is a 6 foot, 100 gallon tank.
Right now the fish I have are:
- Ruby head wrasse
- Ornate Leopard wrasse
- Royal Gramma
- 2 clownfish
- Hippo tang
- Borbonius Anthias.
In the future, I plan to add a Lineatus, Labouti, Hooded wrasse, possibly a yellow tang (not sure yet). Maybe one more fish, depending on whether or not my system can handle it.
Do you guys think adding a Naoko right now would be a bad idea? considering their tendency to become aggressive?
Any thoughts are much appreciated, thanks in advance.
