Is it constant or does it blow micro bubbles every few minutes? If it's not constant then the bubbles might be from a another source and they just build up in an elbow until large enough that the flow pushes it through.
look at the intake bulk head fitting that feeds the pump,and see if you have a small vortex sucking air into the fitting.if you do section off with plastic baffels so the water goes under and over the baffels into the intake.this will stop the vortex.
check and put a stainless steel hose clamp on all connections,and i put silicone on all connections also. make sure you do this on the suck side of the pump.keep at it you will find the air leak,good luck.
When you turn off the pump any place where air can get sucked in, water should come out. If the plumbing doesnt leak, there is a chance the pump is not getting enough water. Make sure the inlet has no restrictions.
