External pump

I have my sump in my basement and would like a new external pump that is quiet. I will have about 10 head feet with a couple 45 degree angles in there. My tank in 75 gallons and my sump is currently 50 with plans to expand it to 150, so figure 225 gallons. I would like to keep the price under 250 ish. Thanks.
