Extreme Garlic Question

I have a flame angel that has a rather bad case of ich and she is currently not eating. On the directions for the extreme garlic it says that you can drip the garlic directly into the tank if the fish is not eating. It says 1 drop per ten gallons. My question is do I add the garlic to the water every time I would feed her or just once a day or what?

What i usually do is just garlic the food instead of the tank so its much more known and potent to the fish when food is displayed.
