Eye cloudy and swollen with pus

Looking for a recommendation of what to medicate with. Fish is removed and in a hospital tank. Does not look like typical pop-eye, I think this is a scrape that got infected. I have Furan+ and Nitrofuracin Green on hand but will pick something else up if necessary.

Poor file.

My black leopard's eye issue resolved on its own. If you see pus, I think an antibiotic would definitely help the guy.

I'd about bet on Furan. I've seen it work wonders.

Filefish had been living with the swollen eye for almost a year - died 6 days into BiFuran+ treatment.

I was treating in a 10g tank, performing 3g water change daily and re-dosing the entire tank's volume (one capful) each day after w/c. This was my interpretation of the directions, is that correct? Or are you only supposed to re-dose the amount equivalent to the amount of water you changed?
