EZ Zoanthids Important Question

I recently got a frag of EZ Zoos like 8 of them on the rock..... 5 of them look great and the other 3 were looking great but there turning white.... .IS this a disease/ or is it a sign of something wrong in my tank

A Picture would help. I've never had zoos turn white but I hear its bad.

Salinity 102.5, ph 8.1-8.3, everything else in water is perfect,
have 150 watt 20K halides Temp 78.3 F

not white specs it looks like you know when a coral is out of light for a really long time or in to strong of light where its bleached.
