I have (2) 400w 10k Ushio bulbs, brand new, I bought them about a week ago, in hopes to use them in replace of my 15k XM's, but since I cannot get anyone to purchase my XM's, I will have to sell these off for now to get somethings that are a little more important to my setup. I fired them to make sure they worked, very nice spectrum, should be able to get great growth from them. I am looking for $180 picked up or 190$ shipped, obro. They aren't even broken in yet...

Those are XM bulbs, I have Ushios. You might want to read Reef Central rules when it comes to a selling thread and the discussion of the price, if you are not interested - don't post. Reef Science doesn't even sell Ushios, so I don't see why you would even post that link, were you determined to get some "moderating" done today and you jumped the gun? Anyways, You of all people should already know the rules considering you like to try and enforce all of them. Sorry if I seem to be a little rude, but I am just a little sick and tired of seeing posts by you that shouldn't be made. Never see you helping anyone or even posting anything but a meeting reminder and rude comments or reporting people for absolutely no reason. I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way and I thought this should be said.

Even if they were XM's, your post is still against ReefCentral.com policy. You always seem to try to enforce the rules, but then at the same time you are breaking them... Pretty hypocritical eh?

I would assume they were for any selling thread. But who are you anyways to tell anyone what they can be selling something for? If you don't like the price, just skip over the thread. I know alot of people, aswell as myself, think you should mind your own business as this is not the first thread you chime in on with no intention of any positivity.

Start worrying about yourself and stop jumping to conclusions when you aren't even taking the time to thoroughly read the thread before commenting.

I have recieved several pm's with people agreeing with my posts on this thread towards you, so this proves I am not the only one who feels this way.

Mike, I agree with the fact I should not have said anything in the first place, I appologize again. My post was not however in violation of the RC policy as you suggested. Please learn the rules if you intend to quote them. The rule you stated is for the selling and trading forums only. We are in the club forums. Open conversation is welcome here. This is not the case in the selling forum.
 
Whats your need to post these comments anyways? Its not only this thread, but several I have read. You simply didn't even read the thread thoroughly and made your comment about my price being too much. I believe the policy goes for any "F/S" thread. If it doesn't, I guess it gives people like you the power to flame any for sale thread in the club forums as you please. Find something better to do with your time.

You wanted to out me about my price being to high on the bulbs without even reading what brand they were. If you don't want to be embarassed by your nonsense in public, stop posting your worthless comments.
 
no offence zurcsreef he can pot what ever he wants to... you can as well he posted what he thought was a better price but he was worng about the bulbs...

you work/ own a lfs right? then for all we know yyou are selling bulbs from the store where you work... thats against RC policy..

I don't own a lfs, I work at one. But I am not selling bulbs from the store... I am selling MY bulbs. Here you guys go with your assumptions... More people chiming in, talking about things they have absolutely no clue about. I did think twice before "going off". ChrisAggie is known for his rude comments, his power tripping, and his over ego. Just because your part of a "club" doesn't mean you can get anything for free, or you can treat people the way you want, or comment as you please. Maybe you might all not understand what I am talking about with this last sentence, but he does. There are many reasons why he is banned from a few LFS.

My price is 180$, 190$ shipped obro - if you don't like the price, simply offer a price that you think is reasonable, don't bash it. If I knew he was interested and maybe he was making a point about the price being too high, I would understand. But I know he has absolutely no interest in purchasing it and is simply making the comment to flame my thread, with no other interest.


Lots of people want to say what I have been saying in this thread, but are scared to because of Chris' position in this club, but I am not afraid to speak the truth, and you still will see me at this months club meeting.

How old are you guys? You all or whomever need to take a chill pill. Its not that serious unless you make it serious. I think PMs could have resolved this. Childish...
 
Yeah, I believe so too. Pm's before the fact. I have been holding back on these types of comments from Chris, but he set me off today. After he bashes my thread and I defend myself, he decides he wants to go to PM, the guy is just a hypocrit.

Sorry to everyone who doesn't care to read this, but I thought I should finally say what most members, including myself has been wanting to say.
