Nice finish on the stand and canopy. I have two questions though...Is the tank clean now and has that sand in the 3rd pic had circulation or has it gone anaerobic now?

i just drained it around 4 pm and did not touch it. no i havent cleaned it yet.

Still for sale and yes the tank will be cleaned before you pick it up. $250 you cant beat that for a 40g drilled and a hand made stand, canopy, and sump.

It would seem $250 is the exact amount of money people do NOT want to pay for an aquarium. I had mine up for $250 for a long time. Tons of nips and tire kickers but no commitment or cash in hand. I had tons of people say they would DEFINITELY buy it and never call back.

It makes no sense. This is a beautiful aquarium and is worth every penny.

yea it has a corner overflow box with a hofer gurgle buster drain, its dead silent.

i hear yea. alot of lookers but im not hurting to sell it, it will get cleaned and put away. all the live rock is still around in another tank of mine helping cycle it and if its finshed in time i would most likey unload that too with the tank.
