Interested in $400 package, have a few questions

Hello,

I am helping a friend start a saltwater tank (I myself have been in the hobby for at least 5 yrs), and he is looking for a tank around the size of the one you are offering. First off is the package still available?
I have to admit I donot have any experience with reef ready tanks that have the overflow built in, so I am kind of in the dark on how reliable they are. Would a built in overflow be more prone to spilling onto the floor (Water) than a hang on, or vice versa? Is there a safety mechanism to prevent overflowing? Also, have you had any problems with the tank overflowing?
The 29 served as the sump correct? Did it fit under the tank stand, with room to work in the sump? How old is the 29? Any cracks, damage (minor or major)? Hows the skimmer? Reliable? Is it an in sump model or out of sump model (or hang on)? If in sump, did it fit inside the 29 with a decent amount of room for live rock?
Finally are the fish included? or did I read your post wrong? And most importantly, Is there a time when you are available for me to stop by and check out the setup (I live about an hour away)? I would like to come by soon.
I'm sorry for the "50 questions" but this will be my friends first real big investment in this area, and I'm trying to make sure that this will be a solid first tank for him (relatively easy to run, etc.). I donot mean to be rude either, I just want to make sure I know what I am getting him into.

I've seen the tank it is very nice. Reef Ready is the way to go. Overflow boxes suck

I have seen this tank and its amazing, I wish i had the money so i could buy this one. He doesnt come online on the weekends the best way is to call his number that he listed.
