I have a used (and it shows, not bright and shiny, some purple calcic-algae on it, but still works). I put a higher (and quieter) capacity fan on it to increase airflow across the heatsink to get more cooling out of it - however, I had too much light (175W MH + 2 55W PCs) on the tank (20G high) and it couldn't cut the summer heat.

The cheapest I've found these is on E-Bay for around $135 plus 20 shipping...

I'll let the package go for a $89.99 (plus shipping if not in the San Jose area). PM me if interested.

When you say "package", you talking about the controller as well, or just the new fan/probe?
