hey gary, do anemones sting other corals really bad? like how bad is the damage do you know?

My experiance is that they bother coral ( make them close ) rather than sting or damage them. This does not apply to SPS corals, they will most likly sting and damage them. The only experiance I have is with the RBTA, others are different.

thanks for the info. im looking to get some HO lights for my FOWLR so i can put anemones in there. if you still have the RBTA when i get the lights, ill probably take it from you.

Anemones need to be spaced apart from othe corals. They will sting and kill corals and other anemones. The best course of action is to put your anemone in the tank first, let them get situated, then get your corals. Anemones will move around the tank until they have found a place they like.
