Failed firmware update

During the firmware update from 3.8 to 4.0 the whole process blocked and after 1,5 nervous waiting I had no other choice then disconnecting.
Upgrade was over RS232 from PC to my Profilux Plus 2.
So now my Profilux can't be started anymore, nice bleu screen and a lot of blocks in the top of its screen and there it stays.
I have tried to get connection over com 1 via RS232 and the Fujitsu program however wioth everything I try there I get error 9 in that program.
Opened the Profilux connected the top two iron pieces with a dipswitch, no result. The bottom two pieces connected with a dipswitch no result. Other com port numbers. Whatever I do no connection. Searched here on the forum, however everyone has succes with the Fujitsu program.
Who can help me further or do I have to bring this nice but silent equipment back to the retailer?

Tried the whole ceremony again, still no succes.

Ok best advise is to pop it into your local dealer they will get you back up and running.
