Looks like to me to be a Lubbocks fairy wrasse

My first thought was also lubbocks, but the colors don't seem right.

a juv./ female c. cyanopleura..or lyukyuensis..it is in that complex that includes solorensis...the patch of blue/purple scales on its side is a dead give away
