There is actually quite a bit of misidentification with this fish. It is often sold as a female solorensis, and does have some color similarities to it, but this is a fish that is currently known as Cirrhilabrus cf. cyanopleura. It keeps this coloring of the red/purplish head with the dark greenish body with blue outlining some of the scales on the body.
Its care would be that of any other Cirrhilabrus, relatively peaceful, may chase and display at other flasher and fairy wrasses. It needs a covered top and multiple feedings a day.
