fairy wrasse paralyzed?

I received an orange back fairy wrasse last Saturday and have been monitoring him in QT for the past week. He's alone in there.

Although he's eating and appears healthy in every other way, he doesn't seem to be able to use his caudal fin as he should.

I've honestly assumed he would die by now. He swims as if he's dying.

I treated with Prazi and am doing tank transfer with him.

Probably a shot in the dark, but some believe methylene blue is useful for healing wounds. Nitrofuracin Green Powder contains methylene blue.

I have Methylene blue and will try it. I think he's going to die unfortunately. Looks like he's finally giving in a bit.
