It is open to anyone, if you want to set up a tank there is a fee for table space and it is my understanding that the table space is available on a first come first serve basis.

Everyone is welcome to come to the swap. You don't even have to purchase a table space to trade or sell your corals if you pre-arrange every thing before hand. Then you just arrange what time you want to meet at the Club House.
