Fallow period for marine ich

My tank has been hit with both velvet and ich early January and I tried to cure the disease with CP in display but have since Feb 10 decided to remove all fish and go fallow just to make sure the disease is gone.

I plan to run the tank fallow until May 9th that will be over 12 weeks fallow. Hoever, I have changed the tank water with natural sea water on Mar 2 and it will be 67 days after I added the NSW.

How much confidence should I have?
How many of you have succeeded to eradicate the disease after 9 weeks fallow?

I recommend 90 days. You will read some tell you 72 days. But there have been cases of hobbyist reintroducing fish at the 73 day mark and getting ich again.
