Fallow Tank- Interesting Mistake

Basically I am treating for tank and my display tank was left fallow for about a month and I realized that I had a bar goby alive in my overflow. The fish appeared to have no ich on it, but gobys are pretty resistant. I want to wait a full 90 days before I put any fish back in the tank. Do you think I need to reset the clock from when I pulled the goby out or could I count that 1 month fallow prior to getting him out?

I'm not an expert because i'm going fallow for my first time but I can see where this is going... not good for the home team!

So I take it you are thinking start the clock over and wait the 90 days... Great--

I was thinking that with the goby being in the overflow ich wouldn't even really have a chance to attach to it? What do you think?

I'm waiting for an expert like MrTuskfish to chime in... I value his opinion more than mine... but I would say yeah...

I'm going to do 10 weeks fallow instead of the 90 days. I just read the fallow period sticky and it says that it will allow 99 percent die off and 10 weeks 100 percent.. I would rather be safe than sorry

Ya unfortunately reset ich can live on the bar goby and never show any signs. So the safe thing and it sucks is to reset good luck
