Fallow tank lighting

Hello all,

So I been running a fallow reef tank for 3 weeks now (doing 11 weeks)

Inside I have hermit crabs, 2 peppermint shrimp, corals, and now 2 red tip anemone (recently split)

In the absence of my lawnmower blenny, algae has gone crazy. Today did a great cleaning of all the algae and a 30% water change

In hopes of controlling the algae I'm going to only feed the coral, shrimp, anemone about 4 times a week. My question is what lighting should I have now that it is fallow? I don't want to take away all lighting from the corals but assume I can now provide less hours.

I have an AI Prime, tank is 30gal.

Thanks

The fish don't care what light you use. Your lighting is for your corals and anemones. It needs to remain at it's normal level. You do, however, need to get nutrients under control. What are your Nitrate and Phosphate levels? I would suggest a few largish water changes and probably some GFO in a reactor.
