false perc has white patches, frayed fins

Hello, my clown developed white patches on its body. Its starting to swim straight up and upside down. The clown still eats, and swims. All my other fish are healthy. What can i do to save the fish, or is it too late. Thanks.

without a pic it could be anything but it kinda sounds like brooklynella ( clownfish disease)
