Fan not working

one of my fans on my light fixture is making noise and the fan is spinning slow. It looked caught becuase it wasn't running at all and I just pushed it and it started but slower. Should I take it apart?

Pretend it's a spider and clean it with a 16 pounder. After that, check the pieces for salt buildup and corrosion.
