I want to thank the great people of Marine Depot for taking care of me very promptly and professionally. On Tuesday I placed an order for a RKL, Top off kit and Aqualifter. I paid for express two day shipping so that I could have the ATO set up because I leave to go out of town Friday. Well I get home and open the box to find that I am missing the BUS cable! I immediately called the tech support @ Marine Depot and they not only are sending me a three pack of BUS cables and offered to express ship them (I declined because I will be out of town any ways), but refunded me the original express shipping charges. I couldn't have asked Marine Depot to have handled it any better and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
