I kind of feel that customer service is not as good as it just to be, but it may just be me

I find that all the shops kinda "feel" there customers out to understand who they are dealing with/what level of conversation to speak.

FAOIS, has great customer service. LFS`s have off days just like everyone else, this can lead to people believing that they dont care or that they are rude.

Give them a chance and you will see that they are great. They will answer all your questions even if you have asked the same question multiple times, LOL

no real problem that i have had. i dont expect a warm hug when i walk in the door (although I have heard John is a big hugger so im sure they are available for a small fee):love2:

but what I do get is what I want for a fair price and advice that i feel i can count on to be accurate and in my best interest.

it was a joke. Yes John loves his McDonald's unsweet tea, but it is not NEEDED to get good customer service. Marine Warehouse is probably the biggest joke of a store around. I went in there before I knew anything about saltwater wanting to buy a tank. I walked around for 25 minutes and not one person said A WORD TO ME, and nobody was in the store. That is horrible customer service. Plus on top of that they don't know what they are talking about. I asked them last time I was in there if they had a bellus angle, the guy looked at me like I had 8 heads. I told him it was a reef safe angle fish, his response was there is no such thing, they all eat sps. Plus the original person never said how they had bad customer service there yet too???? I would like to hear about it.

Groupies? i didn't know John played in a band. People shop at FAOIS for a reason. And if you know the owner, you know it's not cause he's a people person.

Plus the original person never said how they had bad customer service there yet too???? I would like to hear about it.

John and Jennifer's customer service is the reason why in the last 7 years I've never purchase a coral from any other Tampa Bay area store. Most of the other stores people talk about I have never even walked into. I have no reason. I get great advice and can get any thing I want from them.

If that makes me a groupie then so be it. I just want backstage passes the next time I'm in.
