I had my BK mini 200 croak over the weekend. I emailed Jeremy at PA and he helped me out a lot. He called Proline and researched it for me. While he could have sold me an entire pump and doubled his money, he found me the exact part I needed. He actually offered to let me borrow one of his personal skimmers. While it will take weeks to get the part, he went the extra mile where many others would not. I for one will purchase supplies from no one else. Customer for life guys, and thanks.
