FarmerTy 215-gal No Water Change SPS Tank

I forgot to document! I got my scribbled angelfish in yesterday thanks to an awesome LFS. It came in bigger than I was expecting which was a bonus and on top of that, seemed somewhat trained as it came right to the glass waiting for me to feed it and ate frozen within an hour out of the bag!

I was planning to get a Japanese swallowtail angel as my last angel but I'm thinking this guy will do it and I'll stop here. I don't want to push my luck.

That's a beautiful fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was actually never really in awe with pictures I saw online. I was searching around for another showstopper angel to add to my collection and it just kind of defaulted to the scribbled that would have a high chance of getting along with the other angels I had. A gentle nudge from Gig'em (the guy in the post above yours) and I pulled the trigger.

I've been smitten by this frag lately. He might get the official thumbs up this weekend to move to the display.

Danik's Smurf Goblin (I don't name these so don't give me too much grief).

Wow Ty, that frag is looking nice. Where did you order that light rack system from?

Its looking real good man. I took off for a work trip and my alk was a little out of whack, so I'm back at it trying to get it back in line. So that Angel will wrap up your fish buying or its a temp thing :)

Man, I used to travel for work and every time I left, something else was dying. I feel your pain.

The scribbled angel should wrap it up as long as he doesn't think acros and gonis are candy. If I come across some more resplendent anthias though, I wouldn't mind adding 4 more.

I was going to wait until my scribbled angel was out of QT before releasing the 3 angels currently in the frag tank but I went ahead and released the majestic and regal to get acclimated first since they are not very aggressive and the scribbled is larger and has a reputation for being a tad more territorial. I figured let the two setup shop first before the scribbled gets added. I still left the flame in the frag tank just because he's wrassehole [emoji12]and he'll be added with the scribbled.

Other than the blonde naso flexing here and there, the two angels were well received.

Oh my, hadnt looked at the Jason Fox Firedragon sitting on my frag rack for awhile and yesterday, I saw this! [emoji91] [emoji91] [emoji91]

Also, caught some fun shots of my angels grazing the rocks.

Great pics man[emoji106]
Love your courage to have so many angles in there!
Thanks! The fish make the picture by itself. They are just so colorful and mesmerizing.

I'm not as brave as people think. I mainly have acros and they hardly mess with those. If I had lps/zoas, it would be an all-you-can-eat buffet in there! [emoji50]

I was going to comment the same thing about your angels! Beautiful tank. Almost makes me want to sell all my LPS & Zoas, just to start adding angels.

An occasional nip here or there on acros and that's it. Otherwise, they don't mess with anything and you just can't beat angels in a reef tank. There are just so many amazing-looking ones to have.

If you're lazy and don't want to sell off your LPS and zoas, they'll take care of them for you anyways. Haha.
