what should I do about a VERY fat clownfish. It started getting fatter then normal 2 weeks ago, now it's so fat it can hardly swim. It sort of wobbles. Can they over eat? Could it be pregnant? Or does it have worms? I did use a wormer for fish on it and it didn't seem to help.

are it's scales raised at all.
look into dropsy (not even sure you get this in marine fish) or swim bladder issues.
Sorry I was away for so long. Had a major family matter that had to be taken care of. The fish seems to be doing better. Yes, im pretty sure its a female fish. She has a mate and the mate is always with her and he seems to be doing great. Her swelling did seem to go down some in the last few days. I don't see any raised scales on her at all other then her looking really fat, she looks fine. I gave her a worm treatment a few weeks ago but it didn't help any. If it's a blockage, how can I get rid of it?

Hi,
If she is still alive and eating and deficating, then its proabbly not a blockage as if she could not go then she would have passed.
I would keep an eye on her, she could be fat or gravid but considering she is still alive and doing better, that is a good sign.
THe deworming can always be a plus, even if you did not see anything come from her, it does not hurt to deworm.

Today she was not looking so good. Shes not as fat as before but shes breating really hard. I still have her in the hospital tank with her mate. I started giving her Maracyn Plus antibiotic to see if that will help. Could she have Brook? If she did have Brook, would'nt it have killed her by now since its been almost 3 weeks? I have no idea what to do for her because I have no idea whats wrong with her. It looks like her gills are flaired out more then normal and she has dark rings around her eyes. Her mate started breating hard today also. Not as hard as she was though.

How big is the hospital tank? Have you checked the ammonia level in it? The pH ?
Also what about filtration, on it? and water movement. You might need a water change in the hospital tank to help out. Ammonia can move up quickly in one.
If you google brooke and look at some images of what it looks like that will help. I am leaning to the side of no, even without seeing a pic becuase with brooke they are usually pretty sick pretty fast.
