Fathead sunburst anthias

How can you distinguish a male from a female for this anthias type? Anyone have any luck with a pair or more in a tank, or will the dominant one just try to kill off the others? I have one now and would like to add another, but I am unsure what are the chances for success. My tank size is a 180 gallon with 4 disbars and 1 sunburst along with some wrasses and 2 tangs.

I have a school of 5 with one male. Looking at them apart, individually, it's hard to discern sex. But when together it's easy. The males are more orange from the top of the body down, whereas the females are more pink from the belly up. Also the males heads protrude a bit more than the females. It's easy to tell then apart in my school, but again, you may have difficulty sexing if buying individually or when less than 1.5".

I have two in my 170...I can't tell if they are male or female, but one is alot larger than the other. They just ignore each with no aggression at all.
