I set 3 tests out more than a month ago and...... crickets. I've checked my spam folder and I have also reached out on there contact form. I haven't heard anything. Are others getting totally burned like me?

I mailed a letter, going 19 miles just before Christmas.
Still not there yet. Patience is the new key word in this new world we live in.

No, patience won't help, you aren't getting your result back... sent mine in at the beginning of March...2020... crickets.
